Description

We are recruiting a dynamic Supply Chain & Procurement Officer to manage procurement, travel arrangements, and third-party contracting.The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and compliant procurement aligned with public sector frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Procure goods and services for NSA according to SCM policies.
Draft contracts and SLAs with third-party service providers.
Arrange travel and accommodation (flights, hotels, transport, etc.).
Manage NSA events and related logistics.
Maintain SCM records for audits and reporting.
Monitor performance of suppliers and contractors.
 

Requirements

• Degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related.
  Minimum 5 years’ experience in government procurement.
  Familiarity with PFMA, PPPFA, and National Treasury SCM frameworks.
  Experience in travel and event logistics coordination.
  Strong negotiation and administrative skills.
