Fedics is looking for a Cashier who has excellent customer service, Interacting with customers to increase sales and attract customers by offering an experience on the cash register.They are the point of contact for customers at the checkout, handling transactions, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and contributing to the overall store environment and to assist with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service always and can one that can assist in the kitchen as well. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Maintain all cash handling procedures.
• Assist with stock-takes.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Assures that warm, sincere contact is established with all customers.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service in compliance with the highest professional performance standard. 
• Exercise product knowledge and understanding of till operations, complete cash and card transactions accurately, and completely as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Presentation of each item to be attractive, whilst maintaining the highest standards.
• Keep loss prevention guide-lines in mind at all times, and assisting with stock-takes.
• Follows all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of company funds.

• Previous experience as a Cashier is key.

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12).
