Description
Purpose of the Job:
The individual will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing Alexforbes Healthcare Client base. Providing advice on various financial products and services, such as Medical aid, Health insurance, Gap cover Insurance, etc. to generate new business and to provide after-sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share and contribute to the overall business objectives and its long-term viability. This is an office-based role; travel may be required.
Overview:
This includes providing clients across different market segments (middle-income, affluent, professional market, and business) with expert advice
Identify and pursue new healthcare business opportunities through telephonic, email, and face-to-face engagements
Delivering excellent client experience through continuous engagement on their healthcare needs, in a tangible and practical way.
Conducts meetings and recorded telephonic discussions with clients to determine their healthcare goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
Providing advice on various financial products and services, such as Medical aid, Health insurance, Health Saver, Gap cover Insurance, etc.
Preparing and reviewing healthcare plans and ensuring their accuracy and suitability.
Responding and resolving to client queries related to sales
Cultivating client and provider relationships.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their healthcare needs.
Sell products that align with the clients’ healthcare requirements
Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements.
Drive retention of existing business
Track and report on new business pipeline
Requirements
RE5 and NQF5 qualification
Matric
CMS Accredited
2 - 3 years Healthcare brokerage experience
2 - 3 years of exposure with the Healthcare industry, product, and legislative knowledge
Sales experience
