Description

You’ll be the person who makes sure installations are set up to succeed. From checking kit orders and coordinating scaffolders, to solving last-minute challenges on the day, you’ll keep everything moving so that installs finish first time, on time. When you’re doing your job well, customers are happy, installers are supported, and the senior team isn’t pulled into firefighting.

What You’ll Do

Order & check kit for installs, ensuring accuracy based on platform-generated designs.

Coordinate scaffolding, securing the best option from the scaffold network.

Solve on-the-day issues by communicating with installers and finding solutions under pressure.

Run final checks on invoices, kits, and install confirmations.

Close out installs by reviewing photos with the technical team and ensuring quality.

Keep operations flowing smoothly without senior team intervention.
