Description
Job Purpose:
To provide structural work-based learning on a rotational basis amongst various departments within the business.
Exposure to a theoretical learning with a practical workplace experience.
Leading to a recognized qualification as well as skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities:
• Ideally no previous professional work experience.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Shadow experienced professionals to gain on job knowledge.
• Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and administrative support, not limited to;
- General administration
-Answering and operating the call system
-Boardroom coordination and upkeep
-Filing/sorting
-Coordination of travel bookings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Job Context
An exposure on the work-based learning program that combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, leading to a formal qualification.
Minimum Requirement
• Matric or Grade12
• Currently unemployed and not enrolled with SETA funded programmes
• Computer proficiency/ literacy
• Committed to the full duration of the programme
